《寶可夢 GOITA》這是一款以 2 對 2 團隊對戰為特色的桌遊，玩家可以享受彼此攻防、鬥智鬥運的對局。
每名玩家會拿到 8 枚棋子，輪流出牌進行攻防。
最先把手上 8 枚棋子全部打出的玩家即為那一局的「上位」，
由該玩家所在隊伍獲得分數，先累積到 150 分的隊伍就能贏得勝利。
遊戲節奏輕快，主打規則簡單但充滿猜測與心理戰的樂趣。
 
遊戲中的棋子一共分為 8 種，每種棋子的張數與分數都不相同。
也因為每種棋子的數量與價值都有差異，玩家必須推測對手與隊友手中可能剩下的牌，
決定什麼時候出什麼、又該留哪一張在最後時機使用，考驗判斷與膽識。
而超夢與夢幻還有專屬的特殊規則，是扭轉戰局的重要關鍵之一。
